Made from what was left behind
When we visited the factory producing SeaMorgens swimwear, one thing really stood out: even when you're making swimwear from recycled fabric, cutting the pieces inevitably creates offcuts.
Perfectly good fabric that was about to become waste.
So we brought it home.
Those little pieces have been sitting in the SeaMorgens studio ever since, waiting (sometimes for frigging years) to become something new.
Each of these bralettes is individually cut and handmade by our designer using only leftover fabric from SeaMorgens swimwear production. No new fabric is produced to make them, we're simply getting every last bit of life we can from material that already exists.
A bralette, not a bikini top
These are made for comfort rather than serious ocean adventures. The delicate straps and minimal design make them perfect for beach days, lounging, layering or pairing with your favourite SeaMorgens bottoms — but if you're planning to launch yourself into waves, we'd recommend one of our more supportive bikini tops.
One size
Because we're working with limited pieces of waste fabric, these bralettes are currently available in one size. We've tried them on bodies ranging from an A to D cup and found the soft, stretchy fabric adapts beautifully across the different sizes.
