We are beyond excited to launch these popular bikini bottoms in our new Boxfish print. These bottoms were designed for ocean lovers who are crazy about manta rays, as well as preserving the marine environment, and want to incorporate this in their swimwear.

These bikini bottoms are high rise and offer a medium amount of bottom coverage. Don’t be fooled by their fun and pleasing asymmetric appearance, these eco-friendly bottoms offer strength and support, making them perfect for ocean sports.

Just as eco-friendly as they are durable. The Boxfish print side of these bottoms are made from recycled PET plastic bottles that have been shredded into flakes and are then melted, shaped and spun into a polyester yarn. The royal blue reverse side is made from ECONYL® regenerated yarn, a yarn made from fishing nets and scraps of fabric that were destined for landfill. This yarn is then spun into a Nylon fabric. The final result is a sustainable fabric with a soft and luxurious feel.

    Beautiful bikini! Just maybe a bit risky for some watersports

    I was nervous when I first ordered the Boxfish Asymmetric bikini bottoms - they looked more revealing and less secure than what I usually go for, as I do enjoy jumping and diving into water - but I loved the design so much that I thought I would risk it. So far I'm glad I did, the bottoms are more secure than I expected, although they do slip a bit on the few shallow dives I have attempted. Having measured myself I thought I would be between a 12 and 14, so ordered both. The 12 fits well, but maybe could be a bit tighter, I contemplated getting a 10 as I am worried the 12 will stretch after a bit of use (as most swimsuits do) but I have decided against it. Apart from that I have been very pleasantly surprised, I love the shape, it's very flattering, and the pattern is stunning - I would definitely recommend them!
